Armenian Foreign Minister congratulated on the joint work of Geocosmos and SATLANTIS for the 1st Armenian satellite launch
It was an honour for SATLANTIS to be mentioned as partner of Armenian state Geocosmos for the launch of the first Armenian satellite into space by the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, after his meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares Bueno.
As published by the Armenian News Agency ARMENPRESS on July 6th, 2022, during the jubilee of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Spain, the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with the Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares Bueno in Madrid (Spain) and congratulated on the bilateral cooperation with Spain in satellite technology, stating to the press that the launch of the first Armenian satellite into space is the first but not last successful result of the joint work of the Armenian state “Geocosmos” and the Spanish “SATLANTIS” companies.
While observing the importance of implementing ambitious programs in various areas such as high technology (among others), the Minister Mirzoyan noted the launch of the 1st Armenian satellite delivered by SATLANTIS in May 2022 as a significant example of Armenian-Spanish corporate cooperation, in the field of satellite technology.
Both Countries are looking forward to the next steps of a long-term fruitful collaboration.
