INNVIERTE

The company SATLANTIS is capitalized by INNVIERTE, an investment program of CDTI, E.P.E.. CDTI is a public organization for technology development and innovation in Spain. It is part of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. CDTI supports companies to develop national and international R&D&i projects with loans, grants, capital and other financial tools, and manages the Spanish participation in international R&D organizations, such as Horizon Europe and Eureka, and in the Science and Space industries.

The Diputación Foral de Bizkaia is the government of Bizkaia region in the Basque Country, in charge of the local administration and promotion of innovation.

Silo

Silo (Science and Innovation Link Office) is a consulting firm specialised in the areas of technology innovation and management of R&D activities. SILO is co-responsible for incubating SATLANTIS since the very beginning, bringing together the appropriate talent and partners that launched the company.

The US company Encino Environmental Holdings, LLC (EEH) forms part of SATLANTIS’ capital as a strategic partner. Encino Holdings is an investment holding company controlled by BP Energy Partners in partnership with EnCap Investments L.P. and Williams. Encino Holdings wholly owned subsidiary, Encino Environmental Services, LLC is a Houston (Texas) based environmental services company. The investment aims at fostering the satellite-based greenhouse gas (GHG) monitoring technology and developing new products and services in the North American market.
